http://www.permies.com I made this video to show the very basics of canning how to. I've done so much canning, I don't really think about it any more. Jocelyn had never canned anything before, so I thought this would be a really good opportunity to film somebody canning for the first time. When I talk to some people, they avoid canning because they think it sounds really hard. I think this video shows how easy it really can be.
